It’s the words on “the past” for me. I remember having this exact realization after I graduated college that the work I did and the experiences I had would primarily serve as a foundation for future ventures and bodies of work. After a while, they wouldn’t be definitive points to highlight in my job search or even totally relevant to the person I would soon become, so I couldn’t rely on them as much as I thought I could. It felt like I was betraying my former self by accepting this epiphany, but I actually gave myself the permission to grow and evolve towards my higher self.

Yes to spending time! So much technological innovation is centered around ease and convenience, yet so many of us sense how much gets lost when you make every single task easy to execute- everyone you touch ends up feeling like a stat or marketing target
