Alex and I have been spending the last couple weeks going through the CD archive, looking back on the year and anticipating what 2023 could look like for the project.

For the next two weekly briefings, we’ve decided to compile our favourite links, quotes and ideas that we’ve shared throughout the year.

I. ONE SMALL WIN

Start your days with one small win.

Making your bed, going on a walk, or drinking a glass of water are all small accomplishments that can build up confidence in our ability to tackle larger & more difficult problems.

A few small wins early, then momentum follows. Making the first step is sometimes the simplest, and most impactful action we can take.

II. DECIDED

The ability to articulate what you think and how you feel with certainty exemplifies patience and commitment to growth. Being vague with our desires and areas of focus frees us from accountability and ultimately lands as avoidance. It is increasingly rare & beautiful to be decided.

III. DESIRE

Desire only exists because you have the ability to achieve it.
