Sights & Sounds: Luc Fuller
Common Discourse is a project designed to help others (and ourselves) think through creativity, focus, and intentional work—from Alex Tan & Alice Otieno.
Every Tuesday we share words from a journal, a few ideas, a quote from somebody else, and links worth sharing. On Fridays we invite a guest to share images from their camera roll and a sound that resonates with them.
Luc Fuller is a Los Angeles-based artist, designer and creator of Spiritual Objects—a furniture, lighting, and objects practice intended for every day use.
In 2020, we made this catalogue together for Spiritual Objects and have since then become collaborators in other capacities as well as close friends.
Luc’s taste is exemplary. When we first started working together, he lended me some books that opened my eyes to spaces I was never aware of. Things like the SuperDesign: Italian Radical Design or TheDesign Collection: Selected Objects (Preview here).
Exposure is the best gift you could give to anyone.
